Gretchen and Megan

I have no idea when this picture happened. Clearly, I need some kind of chart of Gretchen's haircolors -- when was short and red?

I'm pretty sure that this was during a party at my parents' house (that's in my mom's kitchen). I can't say why the feather boa came out (it's mine -- I still have it). Megan is wearing some kickass sunglasses too (she's not outgrown that, thankfully).

This might have been one of the pictures that led Megan to decide that we all looked like we were in the cast of "Reality Bites."

    What the heck AM I wearing there? Sadly, I can't remember the actual event, althought Gretch was a redhead with a bob and I had blonde hair sometime around fall 2005... that I remember. We switched haircolors again by January 1996...

    I figured that this picture was from my senior year (Fall 1995). Mom was appalled when she saw this picture because it was old enough that the kitchen still had wallpaper. :)

    I think that there was a party at my house. I have a vague recollection of you just being able to stop by -- I think that you came over but never really came downstairs and we just spent some time visiting up in the kitchen while the party continued in the basement. I'm hoping that when I dig out the rest of my pictures that I might have more from the same party and I'll figure it out. I don't know why it's important, but I'd like to know.

    Um... I meant 1995, obviously. In our senior pics, Gretchen had short red hair and mine was long and blonde. By the end of the year, we had switched places. We were amused.

    I still have no idea what the hell I'm wearing. It doesn't look like anything I remember owning. Oh well.... there are occasionally photos from that period of time that catch me completely offguard and I can't remember anything. Interesting. We'll have to raid your photo albums when I come down to Texas.

    and, btw, that pic is so much less Reality Bites and so much more, I don't know, Priscilla Queen of the Desert or possibly Xanadu?
